What payment methods do you accept?
We are integrated with Paypal and Stripe payments so we accept payments from most credit card providers.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address?
Provided you reach out to us before your order is shipped this is possible. Please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order to ensure that this can be done in time: admin@cyclingbay.com.au.
Shipping Methods
We use a combination of shipping providers. Locally in Australia our parcels are sent via Auspost. From overseas it's a combination of DHL/Fedex. All orders are fully trackable.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
How long will my order take?
Custom Gobik kit is turned around 40 days post order confirmation and then shipped from their factory in Spain, we recommend allowing 6 weeks in total for custom kit.
Non-custom apparel will be shipped from our warehouse in Sydney and will be sent via Auspost regular mail, we anticipate this will take 3-5 business days.
Do you offer crash replacement?
If you crash or break your kit we are happy to offer you a 40% off crash replacement discount on your next purchase.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact admin@cyclingbay.com.au in order to make a return, with details of your original purchase order number, product, reasons for return and attach relevant documentation and/or pictures. You have 30 days post purchase to make a return if you change your mind or want to make an exchange. We'll happily offer a full refund if your product is returned within that time frame and is in brand new, undamaged condition, with tags.
Team store returns: All orders placed through the team store are considered FINAL and DEFINITIVE with respect to, among other things, design, size, quantity and garments purchased. We cannot accept returns of these garments as they are customised and manufactured to order except in the case of manufacturing defects.
Are taxes/duties included in the price?
Yes.
Warranty Process
All our items are covered by warranties under Australian consumer law. Please contact us if you have any specific questions or issues with your purchased products and we'll get onto it right away.
