Building a unique kit, for your unique team.
01. INSPIRATION
Share your purpose, what your kit would like to express and what defines you as a group. Any idea you provide will assist us in creating a customised design tailored to your preferences and assist us to help you in selecting the perfect garments from our diverse range of kit.
02. THE DESIGN
Our skilled designers will guide you through every step of the design process, expertly blending your unique vision and direction with our in-depth knowledge of textiles and design.
03. TEAM SHOP
Once the final design is approved we will build and publish a “Team Store” ready to receive orders. Alternatively you may send through sizes and we will place your order.
04. PRODUCTION
Finally, production starts and will be controlled and checked at different key points of the process. Your order is then shipped to yours or the doors of your teammates. Expect your order to be ready within 6 weeks post order confirmation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need for the creative/design process?
To get the most from this process we need to understand your design and inspiration ideas so that we can come up with the best design proposal for your new custom kit. We also need .ai or .pdf high res images for any logos that you would like to include in your design. Logos must be in a vectorised format.
What is your minimum order?
The minimum quantity for the first order needs to be 10 units for each design and garment, except for socks and gloves which are 25 units (pairs). Subsequent orders, this drops down to 5 per garment (with the exception of socks/gloves). However in the initial order we can drop the MOQ down to 5, this just incurs a +20% surcharge.
How long will my order take?
40 days from the confirmation date of the order. Our factories are based in Europe and just note that if your order is placed during the summer holiday period it may be subject to delays (August/September). We will advise you of any expected delays during this period if your order will be placed then.
What are the shipping costs?
Prices are inclusive of shipping unless specified otherwise.
How long is my team portal open for?
This is up to you. We recommend 7-10 days but the longer you keep the portal open for, the longer it will take for your order to begin production.
Where is the kit produced?
Gobik factories are located in Spain. Almost the entire range (with the exception of some accessories produced in Asia) is produced in Spain and will be shipped from Spain.
Which shipping providers do you use?
Your kit will be sent from the Gobik factories via Fedex or DHL to Australia. This can either be shipped direct to you in one batch or if you choose the team shop option, we can send this directly to members, in which case it'll be sent to the local Cycling Bay warehouse and picked/packed to be sent via Auspost directly to your members.
What types of custom kit can you produce?
We have over 200 products in the range but our main custom range is on our website. If you are interested in other types of kit that aren't listed e.g. winter jackets or tights, please get in touch as we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
